  • Clean and sanitize all bathroom surfaces and restock supplies
  • Check and maintain all light fixtures as needed
  • Replace air conditioning filters quarterly
  • Clean vents, fans, plants as needed
  • Empty all trash cans and replace liners
  • Clean and empty all cigarette urns
  • Report needed repairs or damage to clubhouse components to management as needed
 

Fitness Rooms

  • Vacuum mats and floor coverings
  • Clean glass doors, windows, and mirrors
  • Clean and sanitize all workout surfaces
  • Clean vents, fans, plants as needed
  • Empty all trash cans and replace liners
  • Check and maintain all light fixtures as needed
  • Empty all trash cans (including community mailbox area) and replace liners
  • Clean dumpster enclosures and reposition dumpsters
  • Clean and empty all cigarette urns
  • Maintain pet waste stations and pet waste removal
  • Report needed repairs or damage to fitness room components to management as needed
 

Other Common Areas

  • Check common area streets, gutters, and sidewalks for trash and debris
  • Walk outer perimeter of property and remove trash and debris
  • Walk interior perimeter of property and remove trash and debris
  • Walk interior of community for maintenance items or repairs needed and report to management
  • Graffiti removal
  • Large item and furniture removal
  • Curb and fire hydrant painting
  • 24 hour emergency service
